Leaving the Club

If your swimmer / family need to leave Beverley Barracudas, please inform the club by completing the leaving notification form.

Providing notice helps us update membership records, notify coaches, and ensure Swim England registration and training arrangements are closed correctly. Training fees and memberships remain active until the club receives confirmation through the official form.

Before submitting, please ensure:
Any outstanding balance in Swim Manager is cleared
Any outstanding balance in Swim Manager is cleared
Club equipment or borrowed items are returned
The swimmer’s final training date is confirmed
