Congratulations on a successful trial! Joining a new club can feel like a big step, but we make the journey simple. From trial to full membership, galas to achievements, Beverley Barracudas will support you at every stage. This page explains how to get started, membership types, fees, and the key tools you’ll need.

Apply Membership
Complete the online membership form on our website. GDPR and constitution consent must be provided before we can start your registration.
Pay Membership Fee
We will send you a payment request for the Swim England and Barracudas annual membership fee.
Set up your Direct Debit
Set up your monthly Direct Debit with the Leisure Centre.
Login to Swim Manager
Make sure you have access to Swim Manager online. This will be your main hub for swimmer progress, club communications, and gala entries.

Membership Fees Explained
Understanding Our Fees
Membership at Beverley Barracudas is made up of three separate parts, each covering a different aspect of participation in the club.
Swim England membership provides national registration and insurance, the training fee covers pool sessions and coaching, and the club membership fee supports the running of the club. Together, these ensure swimmers are fully registered, insured and able to train and compete.
Swim England Membership
*This annual fee is not refundable.
** Under-16 swimmers need at least one parent or guardian as a member.

Swim Training Fee
(monthly) – paid by Direct Debit to East Riding Leisure Centre. This arrangement allows us to keep pool hire costs lower for all members.
*Requires one month’s cancellation notice directly to the Leisure Centre.

£34 p.m Junior Performance / Senior Performance Link
£40 p.m Senior Performance
Club Membership Fee
(annual, January) – helps cover the running of the club and is renewed each year.
*This annual fee is not refundable.
** Sibling discounts are available, and Club Membership fee is pro‑rated depending on the month you join.
Details will be provided during the application process.
For this year’s membership, we are charging bi-annually. The next membership fee will be invoiced in mid-June 2026.
Understanding Swim England Membership
- Categories & Fees -
All swimmers must hold valid Swim England membership, which provides insurance cover and eligibility to compete. Each swimmer receives a unique membership number that stays with them for life and records their competition history and results.
Membership is renewed annually through the club. Fees are set nationally, payable each January, and are normally non-refundable regardless of joining date.

01. Club Train
For swimmers who train but don’t
enter licensed competitions.
Under-9s may join unlicensed
galas, licensed meets require Club
Compete from age 9.
Annual fee: £17.95

02. Club Compete
For swimmers aged 9+
entering licensed galas, open
meets, county, regional, or
national events. Membership
age is based on the swimmer’s
age on 31 December.
Annual fee: £46.45

03. Club Support
Club Support membership
is for parents, volunteers,
and officials who don’t swim.
Under-18 swimmers need at
least one parent or guardian
as a member.
Annual fee: £9.90
